My healing journey started early on in life. I remember having insights about health and healing when I was a child. These insights lead to an earnest curiosity about holistic health, prayer, body mind connection, spirituality, healing, wholeness and love. I started reading everything I could find about the subject and stumbled upon Barbara Brennan's amazing book. I had the privilege of taking her course 22 years ago. I also took courses with Deepak Chopra and Libby Barnett. For the past 22 years I have been practicing hands on healing and am very grateful for this gift.

Reiki means Universal Life Force – the healing energy of the universe. The attunement ceremony empowers you to transmit Reiki energy through your hands. Once attuned, you have this ability for life and can use this healing energy to promote balance and harmony on all levels of your being.
